The Morrissey House is HERE! Located in the heart of London’s downtown, The Morrissey House is a welcoming, cozy and warm local.  We like to think of ourselves as much of a restaraunt as a pub and offer up a fresh menu with a twist, a fine selection of draught, wines by the glass, friends and conversation. 120 seats inside arranged in 6 different rooms, and 60 outside on a patio setback from Dundas St.Â
Stay in touch and we’ll keep you up to date here! As we develop the concept, change up menu items, and find some fine beers…we will post news here. Please feel free to offer suggestions as well as we have already had some great input as to draught we should carry, entertainment that we should have, and even ideas for a  few menu items!Â
Our ideal is that The Morrissey House becomes your living room. A place that you will always feel comfortable walking into as you know that you will always run into a friend- even if it is those that are working.Â
The Mo’ is a part of our community and we will do what we can to make sure that London’s downtown continues to grow and prosper.Â

my friend and colleague Sarah McGrath was in this afternoon writing a paper for her biblical studies class. i asked her to inquire about having a group meet there on tuesday night after 9 pm. a little pub theology as it were. some fine folks from huron college, to enjoy some ale and discuss some “deep theological issues” or not… as the spirits dictate. hope this email meets your confirmation needs. see you tuesday night.

Are you named after the one and only Steven Patrick Morrissey by any chance?
Kind of sort if…we do make reference to the man in the restaurant, in the logo, and in the menu, and certainly we have some Smiths and Morrissey on the play list, but it was just a name we liked, a name that suited us, and once we started on the log, knew we had something that people would like, remember and be able to make their own, ie, we are heading to The Mo, or MoHo…
