The fine kitchen staff have created specials for the night:
Appetizer; seafood florentine crepes- lobster, salmon, and shrimp in a rich cream sauce with spinach and mushrooms.
Entrée; chimichurri grilled beef tenderloin or a pesto grilled Atlantic salmon over a creamy risotto primavera. A lot of vegetables in the risotto…cherry tomoatoes, peppers and hopefully asparagus!
For dessert, a cinnamon cream creme brulee.
