We have wonderful partners in our business- Scrumptious, London Ice Cream Company, and La Patisserie- that ensure we have some of the best desserts in the city. Chef Andrew also adds his personal touch making the creme brulé in house. We usually have 4 flavours of ice cream, plus a seasonal. At the moment, we have; French Vanilla Bean, Mint Chocolate Chunk, the famous Moosetracks, Peanut Butter Chocolate Mudpuddle, Salted Caramel, and two speciality ice creams: Canadian Rockies- a little mint, a little cookie, marshmallow, and black liquorice, and very limited as it went so fast, raspberries from Heeman’s, beer-soaked brownies using Forked River, in a delicious vanilla…. 5
